One of our reunion activities was a trip to the "Corn Maze." It's just a few miles west of Stuhr Museum, and was a most memorable part of our week-end together.
This is an arial view of the maze--John Lee took a picture of the snapshot they had at the entry desk--I was amazed how good it turned out! The entry and exits to the maze are on the left side of the picture. The corn itself is over head-high as we walked through it. The maze was started last spring, drawn out on grid paper and worked on throughout the summer!
Oops! Wrong way!
Brayden just couldn't muster the enthusiasm everyone else had!
Surprises at every turn!
Finally done! It took about 45 minutes to find our way through the maze!
John leads his group through the endless pathways --what a job!
Some of the pathways seemed wider than others--making it doubly hard to decide which way to go.
The pathways had occassional markers to let you know you were headed the right way--Saffron & Darren just found number 3!
But, there's not a minute to waste--gotta forge on looking for tag number 4!
